Our hand-crafted drinks allows your taste buds to transport you to our summer house where you can take time to sit, kick off your shoes and relax. A welcome escape, even for a few moments, in a busy world.

In our walled garden, we grow fresh mint, lavender and other herbs to compliment the natural fruit juices and spices which make our drinks so fresh and tangy. We combine these ingredients with slightly sparkling Scottish water to help you feel restored and refreshed.

We make all our handcrafted drinks to our own recipes which are developed in house by our team of fizzicists and top tasters. We are committed to using all-natural ingredients, so you won’t find any artificial colourings, flavourings, sweeteners or preservatives in our drinks. We firmly believe that you shouldn’t need a chemistry degree to understand the ingredients label. We are SALSA (Safe and Local Supplier Approval) accredited and take pride in producing a quality, delicious and safe product.
